Is amoxycillin ok? Pls. reply

Hi have had dental work on a tooth ( a crown going in where large amalgum filling was).  Temporary crown was ok, then when he put on permanent was terrible and really hurt (not the bite, maybe the material).  Ground that down, put on a temp, was better, now hurting again. 

Is amoxycillin ok? 

I am really worried.

It was a short (6 wks) mirtaz and course of zithromax that threw me into withdrawal... I will never know which one, or both.

That was a year and a half ago and not stable still, and still on valium.

But don't want to lose this tooth.

If you need the medicine you need it. You may just need to hold for a while, which I think you are doing anyway. Hope you feel better soon.

I did a 30 day course of amox during my taper with no issues.

And yes, am holding as have been unstable for some time.

Just hoping life cuts me a break soon!  hehe
