Jim Hawk, Builder, Bella, Please could you check if my plan makes sense?

Hi, Thank you for reading this.

I posted below that I was ready to start this taper and wanted to make sure it is a sound plan but I haven't received a reply, so not sure if I perhaps posted it incorrectly. I am so anxious and don't mean to be impatient but Dr left me a message Friday that he wants to see me tomorrow and if I don't have a plan I am afraid he is just going to stop rxing my Klonopin.

Could you please check my post below and see if it makes sense or if you would recommend something different?

I'm sorry if I am posting this incorrectly to try to get an answer and I do understand it is a weekend but I am so scared right now.  I would be so grateful if someone would just take a look for me. Thank you so much!
