6 months out

Okay,

I have made it 6 months. CT off Ativan. I am still here. That’s about all I can say. Honestly, I was better in month 4. For the last several days I have been thrown back into an almost acute stage. It is really debilitating and frightening. I would so love some encouragement from those ahead of me and doing better.

Things that have improved in the last 6 months...

Abdominal GI pain-gone

DP/DR-lessening

Painful finger ligament pain-almost gone

Anxiety/panic-worse this month but better overall

Things that have not improved and have now increased...

Insomnia-increase to acute phase (1-3hrs)

Tinnitus-increased from previous month

Strength-decease much weaker

I pray for the strength to continue.
