Bio identical progesterone use in withdrawl

Anyone using bio identical progesterone cream during withdrawl?

Is it helping or making it worse?

Yes I have been using it for three months now. It helps woth extreme itching, depression, extreme hypoglycemia, insomnia that I had.

But it leaves me with a burning feeling in my digestive tract from mouth to bowels. And can only tolerate it with 75 mg of Zantac with it. It also makes me more sensitive to blood sugar rises, which can cause anxiety and itching for me. Also I get chest tightness, difficulty to breathe when I take it. And seems to be more sleepy after eating since taking it. Without the Zantac I would have a paradoxical effect on it, having side effects that you’d expect with high doses. Extremely anxious, hypervigilant, sensitive to smells, etc. But with the Zantac that is history.

It is a question of what is worse. I am 3 years off by the way.
