So scared

Hello BB,

I just wanted to understand if anyone can help me.

I’m doing the Liqiiid Titration

On 4/1/18 my dose was 0.2625 mg Ativan

On 4/19/18 is now 0.1975

So 49 days later my today’s dose is  >>0.1975 mg<<

And within these 49 days I was holding many times, and listening

to my body.

Since I’m so low at these levels, I just needed to know if

I’m doing this right.
