So scared

Hello BB,

Can anyone help me here

I just wanted to understand if anyone can help me.

On 4/1/18 my dose was 0.2625 mg Ativan

On 4/19/18 is now 0.1975

49 days later from 4/1/18 >>0.1975 mg<< today’s dose.

And within those 49 days I was holding many times.

Since I’m so low at this point I would like to be confident to

know on what to do next.
