Seroquel hydroxyzine and Gabapentin

My psychiatrist gave me a prescription for each one of these. I filled the prescriptions but I have been trying to stay away from them. When I asked him which one I should take first he said you could try them all at once if you want.

 

Having a rough day. Thinking about trying to take something just for the day. Anyone have experiences with this stuff?

It hasn't been constant but I have had some luck with gabapentin. It has helped me some times and other times it doesn't seem to do anything. You can try it now and it won't be addictive for situational anxiety.
