7 months free, bad insomnia, now brain fog this AM, how common? Please advise

Having on and off insomnia for months. 7 months free of this poison.

 

Woke up this AM and can't remember how many cups of coffee I make.

As I panicked I can't remember how old my kids are and how old my parents were when they died.

The more I tried the worse it got. Then just my normal world looked a little off.

 

Taking a deep breath, realize this is brain fog and please advise how to shake it off..

I'm sure this is benzo induced. 7 months off its common to still have symptoms. Don't worry you will be ok. It happens to all of us I'm sure.
