Rebound anxiety from intermittent Small dose Remeron use.

I have taken Remeron about 3 mg. Remeron maybe once every 3 weeks when desperate for sleep. Can that give me any rebound anxiety about I week after? I really didn’t notice it until maybe this week. Or, I am starting my 6th month...maybe a wave? This is like acute withdrawal anxiety. I have not had this in maybe 3 months. Any ideas?
