Need to knock this depression off..Niacin anyone?

I cannot deal with this depression/apathy much longer. Thinking of antidepressants but every thing scares me. Anyone had success with Niacin at all please, or the least likely to cause more fatigue anti dpressants. I have tried all the usual stuff i.e. getting outside etc

Niacin literally made me feel like is was dying.  Just a warning, so if you take any and feel like that, your not dying.
