WAVE/WINDOW/WAVE/WINDOW Making me crazy!!!

Hello friends!!

Another rant from me. One minute I’m good next minute not so good!

I know we say day by day or even one day at a time at this point I don’t know!!

Maybe I should have chosen to up dose instead of trying to stop!

Can’t make any decisions, always second guessing everything I do!

WAVE/WINDOW/WAVE/WINDOW oh wait I can’t tell anymore!!!

I’m having the same pattern,it changes like every minute

It’s like having 1 min window and then I’m bad again next minute

But I’m feeling the anxiety constant even in a window when it’s little better

Do you have the anxiety pretty constant too?

Not so much anxiety mainly intrusive thoughts, lightheadness, dizziness and feeling untstabe.

Which inturn makes me think it's something other than w/d. Then I start to panic.

I'll have 3 s/x free hours then 3 or 4 hours of not being able to do nothing until I take my next dose.

Then it starts all over again.
