Thyroid issues

Hi guys

I think I caused myself a setback by taking my thyroid meds I think I was sick on them for a month right now I thought the symptoms I was experiencing is withrawal but since I stop taking them a lot of those headaches and head pressure goes away I check my thyroid level it was normal but the meds making me sick i think for a month now I was kinda afraid that I caused some damage because I started to getting some new symptoms since last month do u guys think I caused any damage?i am having some anxiety right now and terrified to take my med again
