I will at least be in the best physical shape of my life because I'm gonna fight this thing any way I can until I cant.

Anybody else exercising and eating good? Notice any difference?

Diet can make a HUGE difference in the way people feel during withdrawal.  Eating clean won't cure a person, but for some people, it really reduces symptoms.  Obviously eating "clean" is best, but the biggest triggers are MSG, caffeine, and sugar.  Not everyone has issues with them, but these do tend to he the biggest food triggers for symptoms.

It will get better. Eventually we all heal. If you can exercise that is awesome. I can't exercise now due to chronic fatigue from this. I wish I could!
