Please help with Xanax & Ativan taper

Currently:

.75mg Ativan 1st thing in the morning (been on about 1mg for 18 months)

.5mg Xanax last thing at night (been on about .5 mg for about 2 months)

I do not know where to start.

I want to go into the doctor's office with a cogent plan but my head is swimming.

Does this look fairly straightforward to anyone?

If I were in your shoes I would start by tapering the night dose of Xanax first, then tackle the Ativan.
