Help with liquid tapering 10% of oxezepam every 14 days

I would like to taper 10% every 14 days of Oxezepam. I will be dividing my 30mg of oxezepam into 3 equal doses a day. I will also be using a 300 ml jar of water to dissolve my 30mg in prior to dividing into 3 equal jars for 3 doses a day. What would my daily ml pull be a day prior to dividing?
