[Ra...]
Dear BB Warriors I hope that I can shine some light on what I am doing here. I need to know exactly how to figure out the 10 % every 14 days of tapering with liquid titration from ativan. I understand that you have to listen to your body and , and 10% is also that people do with their tapers. Can anyone perhaps tell me if my math is correct here. On 11/1/18 I was at .5 mg I am reducing by 0.0025 mg per / 1 ml water I am putting the .5 mg pill into 200 ml water. .5/200 = 0.0025 mg <<TAPERING PER 1 ML THAT I TAKE OUT I think this is how you figure this out ------------------------------------------------------------ So 200 ml .5 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 /.5 mg = 0.007 x 100 that's 7% reduction within 14 days. Is this correct? 186 ml now is 0.465 mg 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 /0.465mg = 0.0752 x 100 that's 7.5% within days Is this correct? 172 ml is now 0.43 mg 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 / 0.43 = 0.08 x 100 that's 8.13 % within the 14 days. Is this correct? I have severe brain for since I am at 0.22 mg Ativan. I know that I have asked a few people to figure this out for me, but I need to be absolutely sure on this. Thank you so much for reading. I am staying strong ! 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 / 0.465 =
[Ji...]
Hi 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 /.5 mg = 0.007 x 100 that's 7% reduction within 14 days. Is this correct? Correct! 186 ml now is 0.465 mg 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 /0.465mg = 0.0752 x 100 that's 7.5% within days Is this correct? Correct! 172 ml is now 0.43 mg 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 / 0.43 = 0.08 x 100 that's 8.13 % within the 14 days. Is this correct? Correct! You want to know when you will arrive to 10%/14 days: 140 ml is now 0.35 mg 14 days x 0.0025 = 0.035 / 0.35 = 0.10 x 100 that's 10% within the 14 days. You seem all right at math . Those figures might have given headaches to some. Don't worry about your taper, it will end nicely. All the best!

[Be...]
I'm not bad at math, and I had a hard time following your math. But, it's really simple thinking of it this way: 10% of 200ml is 20ml. So pull out 20 ml, and drink the remaining 180ml. Next taper, pull out another 20ml, etc.

I do my taper like you but I skip the math and do it in increments and parts using 100 ml's of solution and take out 0.5 ml's a day adding on that daily. Simple as that. Whatever works...
