Over one month benzo free !
« on: May 14, 2010, 07:24:45 am »
Hi all,

I have been benzo free for over a month and am doing much better ! I still get some internal vibrating and fatigue but am no longer in the benzo/hypno haze, wondering when this will ever end.

I have lost 25 lbs during this insomnia period and no longer drink sodas, beer or red wine. I am much calmer than I used to be when life's crisises occur. I have rediscovered the power of prayer and quiet, meditative time. All of these were unexpected benefits from a difficult time.

My prayers and well wishes go out to you who are still suffering thru insomnia and anxiety attacks. Don't give up and accept this as a "part of life" !
You can get better, and there are many success stories on this board. You can be the next one !

Rock on,
George

Thank you George for bringing hope and optimism.  I'm finishing up month three and it keeps getting better and better.  Very hard won, for sure.  Healing does happen.
