Benzo belly AKA Gerd- possibly caused by beta blockers and Valium

I was researching things to help with  mid chest pain, bloating, lump in my throat, etc - symptoms of GERD. ( no caffeine, small meals, lose weight, etc) when I came across the list of causes: bata  blockers (I take 20-40 mg proponanol daily) and Valium cause the gut to slow down allowing for acid to build up.

This in addition to all the GABA receptors in the gut trying to heal post taper/ jump.

Damn even the drugs I take to help me with the WD cause problems.
