When you think you're all alone in this...up pops John Mayer.

It's a long video, but it really resonated with me.  For one, I told my husband a few weeks ago that John Mayer's song "War of My Life" is my xanax recovery theme song.  Now I come across this by chance? 

Speech is just past the 4 minute mark if you're interested, right in the middle of my theme song.  Coincidence??  I think not.  Now, someone just needs to get the message to JM that he can do this without benzos too.  We all can!!!

I was happy to see he stomped it to dust rather than swallowed it. I also like his message that its okay to not be 100% in control 100% of the time.
