[go...]
I'm trying to consume a bit less gluten, just as a test more than anything. Does anyone know how gluten free bread is in relation to withdrawal i.e. and secret substitutes that can end up being unpleasant?
Guest [sa...]
I think gluten inflames the intestine's walls, even if you don't have celiac disease. I always feel stomach ache after eating a thick crust pizza. Ayway, I don't think it affects the withdrawal in anyway, though.
[Ca...]
I went gluten free ten months after my cold turkey. The gluten free bread does not bother me.
[Ro...]
Definitely better gluten free but gluten free products taste bad for the most part. Don't expect anything near the taste of regular bread. Time to start trying other flat breads or crackers to fill the gap. I know the problem, what do you eat this stuff on? Saying goodbye to burgers and sandwiches wasn't hard.
