Has depression ever come in cycles (on and off all day long)?

Hi Everyone,

Lately - during this last taper cut - I have had depression which lasts about 2 hours, goes away for an hour, comes back for 2 hours, and so on.  This cycle happened about 4 or 5 times today and the last couple of days.

Any one else experience this?  Any recommendations for it?
