[Ni...] Posted March 21, 2018 Share Posted March 21, 2018 I sometimes use magnesium malate when i feel too overstimulated, it works really well but the problem is i get rebound anxiety the next day, and my myoclenic jerks are worse. Sometimes, switching the type of magnesium (I take magnesium glycinate), or taking it earlier in the day can help. [Mr...] Posted April 7, 2018 Share Posted April 7, 2018 Magnesium supplements have a bad effect on me. I get significant anxiety and slow heart rate, without positive benefit.
