Hi,

in 2016 i took just one month of LYSANXIA it is like VALIUM the Evil Drug !!!!!

My withdrawal was terrific, month 1 2 3 awful

better at month 6 7

TOTAL TIME of painful symptoms 11 months

Today i am 100% symptom free

i can drink alcohol, smoke THC WEED

nothing bad happens

i can drink coffee , eat chinese food with glutamate, it s ok

So just keep going, it is a long time when you are sick BUT you will be fine

Today i take NO BIG PHARMA DRUG !!! nothing !!!!

Congratulations!!!! Thank you for coming back and posting this! I am in month 3 and you gave me some much needed hope. 

Congrats, Alexandre, and thanks for sharing your story!  Very inspiring Can I ask you when your tinnitus left?  I am in acute withdrawal, and tinnitus is one of my worst symptoms.  That and a mild version of depersonalizatio/derealization.  I’m trying to stay positive . Best wishes and stay well!

Dear Alexandre,

 

I'm very happy for you and it does help so many of us. I'm 7 months out and I am so much better than I was when I was on Benzos. In my last two years on benzos, I was suffering every day. Now I am getting more and more windows. I'm still taking antidepressants but I plan to taper these when I get better.

 

LittleRed - My Tinnitus was pretty bad during Benzo use and in one of my months since but slowly its been getting better. I still have some but I only notice it when someone mentions the word Tinnitus. It will get better.
