Clonazepam to Diazepam

Hi

As you’ll see I was on 6mg diazepam and then a month ago ended up on1mg clonazepam as my akathisia got so much worse, I got it from being messed around on meds for 18 months then cts.

I spoke to a uk benzo charity and they’ve advised me to hold for a month then call backas I’m so unstable. They said I’d be better reverting to diazepam to taper and said I might be able to cross to a slightly lower equivalent dose.

Any experience in this? I know the Ashton Manual method. Thank you
