Cannot Control Blood Sugar Help!!!!

7 Weeks benzo free and all of a sudden I cannot control my blood sugar. It keeps dropping after an hour or two and when i eat even a small snack it shoots up and back down after that. Can someone answer if they have had that problem and what can be done?

That's a completely normal pattern.  What are your actual readings.

 

BTW, blood sugar will vary widely over the coarse of a day, and can even change significantly in just a matter of minutes.

 

Drops in the 70's and i could eat a cracker and it goes up to 180 but back down to 75 of 80 in an hour. I also take 500 mg of metformin in the evening with dinner.

oh okay your a diabetic. I have heard others with this problem over the years. If you go on facebook forums there are others I think that this has happened to. they may be able to give you some advice.
