Ups and downs.. And downs

So to think I would be done at day 21 or whenever the last time I posted was I was very wrong! The UPS are okay the Downs are terrible I am getting emotion I have not had in years and years and years and years nothing feels real and it feels like all I want to do is cry the only thing that has been helping me through it at all is this forum and talking to a few people about my issue here and there. It really is a living hell!  One MINUTE at a time SERIOUSLY....
