Not sure if it’s from the Klonopin or the nortriptyline but my voice has changed (hopefully temporarily).  It’s now lower and more gravelly.  I’m leaning toward the nortriptyline since a side effect is dry mouth but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

Heather, my throat gets very tight and sore during my tapering and especially when my anxiety is high.  Does your throat feel tight or anything like that which could altered your voice a bit?

Perhaps you are just feeling heartburn/acid reflux.  You can ask your doctor or check online to see if these conditions can affect your voice.  Hopefully it will go away as your symptoms ease up.
