[pi...]
Brown rice is awesome, its better for you as well, not as bad a sugar spike for your blood levels I have it everyday at least once a day. No issues so far.
[gi...]
I've been eating brown rice all along during the withdrawal, no problems whatsoever. It's a whole food rich in essential minerals, such as manganese, iron, zinc, selenium, calcium, potassium, vitamins E and K, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6. It's also an excellent source of dietary fiber and it's gluten-free. It helps keep blood glucose levels steady, no sugar spikes or sugar cravings afterwards. White rice, on the other hand, has all its nutrition stripped away from it and the body basically receives it like refined sugar, terrible for blood glucose levels and the waistline, not to mention no nutrition.
