Burping that coincides with muscle pain?

Anyone have burping / gas reflux that coincides with muscle pain/tensiOn? I.e. i’ll feel the muscle pain and then get burping. It’s almost like the gas is irritating my left shoulder and underarm. Maybe this is just want indigestion feels like with sensitive nerves.

I've been feeling chest tightness off and on over the past six weeks, and I start panicking I have a heat problem but then sometimes I'll just burp and it loosens up. I'm still seing the dr tomorrow just to get it checked out. I've been feeling more revved up in general and my thyroid meds might be too high again.
