Estazolam to Diazepam taper schedule

Hi, I want to substitute 2 mg of estazolam to diazepam to taper off. How many mg. of diazepam is equal to 2 mg. of estazolam? I take the estazolam at night for sleep. What would my substitution and taper schedule be? Thank you very much.
