Kindling Question (one benzo to another?)

You know, I've made no progress really other than going klonopin to valium.  But here is my question.  If I may have been better on klon... as I stop the last little bit (weight is .004 of weight of .5 pill)...  IF had to go back to clon...is kindling possible?

 

Or since am still on valium (about 5 mg), is that not an issue?

 

Wish I'd gone straight off klon at this point.

 

Actually, wish I'd stayed where I was and not tapered more at all when mirtazapine added to the mix just destroyed me.  But I didn't know you were supposed to taper that one and drs. were no help.

 

Back to the point...  don't some people go one benzo to another and that is NOT kindling cuz they still are taking a benzo?

No Kindling is caused by coming off benzos quickly then reinstating again several times so you are fine.
