[Aj...] Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 Hi, I am finding it hard to find things I can eat and wonder if some of you have suggestions. I'm trying to do low glutamate foods but can't face a lot of things I used to eat. I can't cope with meat or fish most of the time and nuts apparently have high glutamate so what protein can I eat? Mostly I can only bear things like porridge but that is not allowed apparently. I can't bear the textures or smells of most cooked food atm. [Mi...] Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 Hi, I have gone on to juicing..For dinner last night I had 2 cucumbers, a bowl of Kale, 4 carrots, 4 sticks of celery, fresh ginger, a lemon, 2 apples and 2 organic beets . For dessert I ate whole mango. I slept through from 9.30pm-6 this morning. Mood improved. [Mi...] Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 Well its a short term thing for now, at least a month so am not worried too much. I am eating almonds and cashews.
