Windows and waves

When i ask a question i can never find if anyones answered. So could you please pm me. I go through windows snd waves but mine last in months not days.  I csn have a 3 month window then a 2 month wave. Dies anyone else go through this please. Pleaee pm me.

Dear buddy, I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling those waves.  So glad to hear that you are having windows, though!  That sure must help to get you through.  I have all waves and have had  "0" days of feeling normal in the almost 1-1/2 years since tapering.  But I have had a few days when I thought it was tolerable, though still sick and anxious.  I am thankful for those days.  Be thankful for your windows!  Everybody is different.  Some waves/windows can be minutes, days, weeks, and in your case, months.  That's hard to face the waves that long, but be thankful for what you have.  More will come.  "Time heals all wounds," they say  )
