Many have done this before us, and they all got much better. On the days where I struggle badly it helps me to read the Success Stories. You're not alone. Hang in there! I'm wondering if I should ask for Valium as some suggest to switch over. I just hate to start anything new! I am going to look for every success story. So happy for those who have done it.
