Advice (please and thank you)

 

6 days since I switched from sublingual V pill to LT

I have been doing so well ( considering) however today I am amped up, pacing, can’t focus.

Thinking  the cuts and the LT are catching up

Maybe I should hold?

or go back up to 5ml and hold till stable on LT?

I am too messed up to think clearly

 

You are tapering very rapidly.  You might want to slow down.

Well yesterday I took 2.5 in pill form and 2 ml Liquid- maybe I need a bit of a cross over to liquid
