Baclofen taper tips?

I've been taking baclofen for 6 months at 20mg. I reduced to 15mg the other day because I'm feeling slightly better. I started reading about withdrawal and am concerned about it mirroring benzo withdrawal. I just need to feel even slightly better for a while but also want off of these meds. Any helpful tips?

Also taking 600mg gabapentin and 30mg buspar. I'm not ready to tackle those yet though...Inch by inch.
