I know that feeling well, those early days off are truly awful.  So sorry you're having a bad day.  I'm feeling alone today too, all cold and snowy out there and insomnia again last night making me feel blah!

i'm so sorry to hear about your struggles, this kind of thing can be really trying on relationships.  Does your boyfriend understand withdrawal and how difficult it is?  My condolences on the passing of your Mother, was it unexpected?  I can sure see why you're feeling alone.

I've been very stressed taking care of my Mom with dementia, it's so hard when loved ones are sick even when you're strong.  I am blessed to having a loving and supportive husband and a brother who cares.
