New plan

I was able to get a script for enough Valium to do a proper taper so I am going to stop the rapid crap - I have gone from 2mg K and 10 mg V to 5 mg V in 21 days. ( counting holding)

 

Now I am going to do an LT cutting daily but will hold if necessary.

Whew- Just knowing I have enough to do it correctly and that the worst of it is behind me- I hope -I’m feeling confident that I can get off this damn drug– again.

I was angry and upset with myself for going back on the crap when I had been free for 3 years so I think I am directing that anger into a rapid - but not CT as a way to deny and punish myself for the relapse.

Crazy drug causes crazy reactions

Just want to be done! ( and feel good) but I don’t have to work.
