Ok so one thing I know for sure is that stress is the biggest trigger. So is not being in touch with your body. Some insomnia and stress gets me behind. Scared of past failure at work so I force myself to stay up when I want to go to bed to prepare. The viscious cycle continues until I finally crash like yesterday. Slept 12 hours and took a nap. Relaxed most of the day. This was Fri night. Sat night I was up late again not listening to my body. Then it's late when I finally get to sleep so naturally I wake up after barely 6 hours. Jaw and fists clenched, spasms, the jerking kind, mind racing, dizzy but can't sleep. Stomach starts going too. I feel sick and tired again! Can't help but think I am partly to blame here. Also I wake up at my normal time most mornings anxious. All these mornings of waking up tired have made me dread mornings.
