Tremor

Good morning all,

Wondering if still *normal* to have tremor nearly 4 weeks after after reinstating 2mg Valium following 2 week c/t which I could not handle?  It's worse in the morning. 

I did not have such tremor when taking my regular 2mg dose. 

FYI I attended Outpatient Addictions Clinic only to be told that 2mg was zip all and could jump cold.  I knew that would be the response only went to have my reservations confirmed.  Slow taper ahead. 

Really, why hasn't the news spread to clinicians, particularly in the field of Addiction, that some people have these ongoing effects?  It just seems really strange.

Hope you are doing OK today.  DR and OCD bad for me.  This stuff is nutso. 

We'll get there, we're strong, but how very testing.
