Are there any anhedonia success stories?

Does anyone know of any success stories from individuals who had anhedonia and recovered? I can't find any, and I'd really like to seem some reassurance that this symptom in particular will go away eventually or at least lessen. Any direction or feedback is much appreciated.

From benzos I have no success stories as I'm a newbie to benzos.. I don't want to visit with friends or even play video games at the moment. But I had it in 2015 pretty badly. When I finished my suboxone taper I didn't want to do anything for 7 months. Just laid in bed with the TV on. I didn't even want a job, I lived at my parents for a long time. But it did pass. And at 7 months clean I was out with friends and just generally happy. I was smiling again. So I have hope it will pass this time too.

 

Benzos will take a lot longer I'm sure. Everything is a lot longer with benzos, even my days and weeks feel twice as long. Hang in there, our brains will heal someday.
