So, I came into this benzo mess being depressed.However, I lost a lot of weight and still losing (about 35lbs) Most of it after benzos....classic small appetite...lack of zeal to cook etc and yet I need to pump brakes on this depression. For me, hardcore exercise (as in the equivalent of an hour walking)feels good and yet I am afraid to lose more weight. Any suggestions?

Eat plenty of healthy high-fat foods:  Avacados, ripe green olives, nuts/seeds, nut butters, etc. should help a little.  Better to be too thin and healthy than the other way around.  Keep up the good exercise regimen.  Glad it's helping you.  Can you do more stretches and muscle building to utilize all that energy or do you need to do the cardio.  Exercise doesn't always have to be the kind that burns a lot of calories.  Some can build up muscle and add more weight and substance to the body.  Hope this helps.
