Tapering trazadone. Help please

I have been increasing trazadone to 90 mg. It's not working. I want to safely reduce without adding to my insomnia problem. Any strategy that might work?

 

I tapered off Trazodone starting at 450mg.  I don't know what you are saying.  Your subject says you are tapering but your post says you are increasing?

I've increased due to increased insomnia, now I want to go back to 60mg. How did you taper?

i am on 400mg. trazadone. have been on traz but only on this high dose since june/17. trying to taper with hellish results. anyone else have/had a problem in tapering from trazodone? please let me know and thanks......lila
