i need help ..someone

i am currently on 0.5 mg of ativan and im doing milk titration. i am considering switching over to longer acting but nervous about those symptoms.i need advice.switch to k or v? how long to switch

If you are considering switching over from A to K or V I would suggest the V due to the longer half life (can help with interdose withdrawal)& the sedation effect it can have (can help with insomnia).

 

The  proper equivalency would be:

.5mg of Ativan = 5 mg of Valium

.5mg of Ativan = .25mg of Klonopin
