A continuous motor running sound inside head.

I am facing a continuous motor running sound in my head. I am unable to understand what is going on inside my head. Currently i am

  withdrawing from Lonazep(Clonazepam) 0.25 mg. Sometimes this sound is at its peak and sometimes when i am busy in doing some

  work i cannot hear it. I am not able to focus properly. I have had my CT scan and it is normal.

 

  Please do share if you are experiencing the same withdrawal effect.

 

  My current dosage is clonazepam .25mg only.

  Please do share your experience or if have read it somewhere else also.

Hi, I have had it as well. In my case it was more like vibration & tremor in my head. I guess motor runing sound and tremor in head is somehow similar. I have had it always when I fall a sleep and wake up but I also had it sometimes when I was wake up when I tapered. In my case it started lessen when I jumped and now I feel it maybe every 3rd night or so and it is already so mild that I need to think about if I have it or not. Now I have had 3 nights/days in a row not having it. My conclusion is that it is benzo withdrawal driven and it went a way in 4 months after I jumped. So quite similar but not exactly "motor runing' T.

  I think you are right Thomas 66.  I am still going through my withdrawal phase and taking 1/4 of 0.50 mg clonazepam at night.

  But it is so scary and i am unable to sleep at night. Sometimes my head becomes so heavy like it will burst.

Hi again, I share your feeling as it is scary. I know as I'm in the same situation. The good news seems to be it goes away when beeing off drug. Well, we do not know how long it akes to go away but I am positive at the moment because it is much less than earlier when I was on 0.25 clonazepam. Btw I'm still scared but need to take day by day as doctors can not do anything and I think there is nothing else than time which helps...
