One year off Valium today

Wow. A year has gone by since I jumped. I feel so much better now compared to back then or even six months ago. Still don't quite feel like claiming 100%, maybe at the 18 month mark. But I managed to travel to take two week-long vacations this year and gradually am getting back to normal activities. Still some issues with fatigue, inconsistent sleep, tinnitus, and just my confidence in general. But I've come a long way.

Congrats! Hope I can say the same when I'm a year off as well, the anxiety is still intense.
