high anxiety

I have such high anxiety I can barely function.  I take 25 mg of amitripline and 20 mg omeprazloe each day.  The biggest stressor is that My appetite has gone away for like 2 months now.  has anyone had this happen and any suggestions.  I do not want to do anything, chose to get out of bed, hard to cook and make myself eat.  Can anyone help and direct me what to do.  Stomach just feels like it is a huge chore to eat.
