Cross from Xanax 3.5 to Valium...

My doc is proposing a crossover to Valium in two weeks and I’m wondering what to expect.

I have many concerns.  Chief among them is will I find Valium depressing?

Xanax knocks me for a loop and sometimes depresses he heck out of me because it hits so hard.

I’ve got to try something as there is no way I can taper Xanax.

What can I expect?  Currently on 3.5mg of Xanax...
