Not a miracle - but this is what I did. Highly suggest having insurance or getting it ASAP if you c/t

 

Ear Ringing: Sound Machine and had ENT clean out ears. I went to audiologist for an exam to ensure no underlying issues (covered by insurance).

Heart Palpitations: PCP prescribed 30 mg Beta Blocker daily (non-rebound medication)

Sleep: 10 mg Melotonin

Anxiety: Gym, lots of it. The more I beat myself up there, the better I felt. This may seem messed up, but  the whole "fight or flight" mode allowed me to crush it at the gym (maybe the one positive from this all).

Muscle Stiffness: Chiro was able to help with neck, back, and jaw TMJ relaxation (get a night guard to help with grinding!) 

Acne: See Dermatologist for cream to help dry acne and moisturize dry skin.

Hair: Biotin and Vitamin D for hair and nails.

And there's also ''Late  onset withdrawal'' I know I had it after being taken CT off a massive dose of prescribed Ativan, within day's I felt a LOT better by week 3 I was flying and felt like I'd been reborn life was fantastc!!!! Three months later with no warning the gates of hell opened immediately and it took me over 4 year's too recover, I know its hard to believe, but its been known about for a LONG time year's in fact it used to be called 'Flash back withdrawal' . So its a possibility the Original poster is somewhere suffering hell now.

Hi BF  I hope so too for her sake but I posted my experience as others on this thread think she's got some other motive for her post when she could be ill, just because she's not responding to said accusations means nothing. Not everything is one thing or the other when it comes to Benzos, and it could be good or bad that she's not responded I hope its good and she's enjoying life. But 8 year's then to get off that fast? Its truly rarer it happens with no folowing problems but there are people that are called 'positive responders'' to CT or rapid tapering but thier also a  really small minority

I was 10 years on KPin and c/t - just slept 10 hours, about to head to gym, and then grab some beers with friends.

 

Have hope life returns to normal even if you remain skeptical; that negative attitude is contagious.  Someone needs to provide inspiration and show there is a light at the end of the tunnel however long (or SHORT) it may be.

DOH!  I know it was , I did see JK in you post  ... that was for the people who are assumimg she's up to no good, thats closed minded pack mentality, one said it and others joined in, they could at least had some personality of thier own and said something original. I don't like to see peopel ganging up on others just because the assume something with no evidence? Lots of people on here use nutritionist or whatever and its not like she was pushing a named product either is it?

Man!! that stuff made me worse!!  But I don't see it as a drug its not some man made evil chemical, its an extraction of a herb , and theres herbs people use everyday a LOT worse than that. There's day to day stuff EVERYONE probably has in thier cupboard but can do all sorts of funky stuff to you, some are serious narcotics in certain doses.

Anything with THC is going to expereate symptoms. Plus it’s non FDA approved selling on the internet - probably safer buying Viagra from a Mexican pharmacy

I believe that CBD oil products by definition do not have THC, or such a low amount that it has no effect.  I've tried some, which I ordered from Colorado.  It helped me sleep, but it is risky, and as you said it isn't FDA approved.

I’d never put anything in my body from the internet. And yes, it has enough THC to fail a drug test.
