This site and social anxiety

One thing that amazes me is how reading the experiences of others on this site can trigger social anxiety and depression. I feel like it's helping me heal to learn others have had the same experiences, but just wow... all this time taking these meds and I never new others were going through the same things. When I read the experiences of others, I get a type of massive depression seeing the same things I have gone through in others. It's like I have to go through awful anxiety and depression trying to put myself out there for others while seeing they are having similar situations. Does anyone else get an anxiety trigger when you see a post pointing to a similar situation to what you have been through?

yes helltrodden i sometimes get over wheeled by reading some benzo buddies post because it hits to close to home and other times i get scared reading because of what ppl are going through and i havent had that and im alwaying thinking about is this going to be next for me
